When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Agility and yourself. You agree to abide by the Admissions Policy.
For the purpose of entry, adults are aged 18+.
You agree Agility may update its terms and conditions without prior notice and that any updates apply retrospectively to all bookings where applicable.
Customers attending our sessions must be fit and well, if you feel unwell you should not attend.
Minors aged 12 years and above can attend an Agility session without adult supervision, children under the age of 12 should attend with adult unless otherwise specified in writing from the parent/guardian and the Company in line with the Admissions Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if we believe the person in question poses a risk to themselves, other customers or our staff. These decisions are only ever made to ensure the health safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

Prices are inclusive of VAT. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Once purchased, online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Agility reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the site, ban from entry to the site or remove from the site any visitor.
No child under 12 years will be admitted to Agility unless they are accompanied by an adult who shall be 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times unless otherwise specified in writing from the parent/guardian and the Company in line with the Admissions Policy.
